Born and raised in Arizona! I graduated from Arizona State University with Bachelors or Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Communications. Growing up, I played a variety of sports and have always been more on the athletic side my core sports included gymnastics, dance and volleyball. My parents also got me started working out at the gym at the age of 12, so I’ve been a gym and workout junkie ever since then!

I have been teaching group fitness classes since 2006 at local gyms in Chandler & Tempe which include Pure Fitness, LA Fitness, Sumits Yoga and Lifetime Fitness. As of right now,  I have been teaching at Lifetime Fitness since 2008 and have recently joined the MegaFIT team back in March of 2016. Classes that I teach include Pilates, Cycle, Barbell Strength, Yoga, Circuit/Bootcamp classes and much more. My certifications include AFAA Primary Group Exercise Training certification, 200 Yoga Alliance certification, along with various strength training and cycle certifications.

I LOVE MegaFIT! I have became a loyal member long before I started teaching here!! I became a member at the studio when it first open around 5 years ago. You could say I’m obsessed and usually take class 5-6 times a week! I preach to all of the members, plus my family and friends, or anyone who hasn’t tried the workout, that this is the best abs and booty workout out there. I believe this is a very straight forward and efficient workout that is for everybody who’s willing to go outside of their comfort zone, dig deep to find your inner balance and of course overcome the fear (if any) of the Megaformer machine. It is a totally body workout, but really specializes on a persons core strength, which is essential in today’s way of life! A strong core will equal a healthy, happy spine, which will then allow us to continue living life to the fullest!

I became a group instructor trainer, because I absolutely love working with people and helping them achieve their own goals! No goal is to out of reach and if they are willing to put in the work, then I’m willing to continue to kick their booties days after day, week after week! People enjoy coming to my classes, because I started on this machine as a regular and continue to be a regular with this workout. I know this machine like the back of my hand and I feel that my love for it shines through when I’m teaching! I have a no pain, no gain mentality with any class I’m teaching and will always push each and every member to their own personal limit while having a blast as a group and playing fun jams along the way!
